These Terms of Service govern your use of the GetsIt AI workspace. Please read them carefully before creating an account.

By creating an account or using GetsIt AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the product or by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
GetsIt AI is an early-access workspace for engineering teams that connects meetings, tasks, knowledge base, chat, and code workflows. The product includes AI-assisted features such as meeting transcript analysis, task suggestion, semantic search, and agent-driven code actions on connected repositories and servers.
During early access, features, availability, pricing, and terms may change. We will communicate significant changes before they take effect.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each workspace is operated by an organization. The person who registers creates the organization and is its initial owner. Owners can add and remove members and manage connected integrations.
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload: tasks, documents, meeting transcripts, chat messages, knowledge-base files, prompts, agent outputs, code, and any other content you add to your workspace.
By using GetsIt AI, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service for your organization. We do not use your workspace content to train AI models and do not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload or connect to the service.
GetsIt AI includes a meeting transcription feature. As the meeting organizer or workspace administrator, you are solely responsible for:
You must inform all participants — including guests who join without an account — that the meeting is being transcribed before transcription begins. Many jurisdictions require all-party consent before recording or transcribing a conversation. This includes but is not limited to California, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and other two-party or all-party consent states in the US, and requirements under GDPR in the EU.
Guests who join by link provide only a display name. Their name may appear in transcripts and be submitted to AI providers for post-meeting analysis. You must ensure guests are aware of and have consented to transcription before they join.
GetsIt AI provides the technology; the legal obligation to obtain consent rests with the organizer.
When you assign an agent to a task, you authorize the agent to perform the actions enabled by the integrations you have connected. Depending on your configuration, this may include:
Reading repository content, creating branches, committing and pushing code, opening or updating pull requests on GitHub.
Connecting via SSH to your dev server, running commands, editing files, and reading output.
Calling external AI APIs using your connected provider key or GetsIt AI's shared capacity.
Reading tasks, documents, transcripts, skills, and other workspace content to build context for the task.
You must have the right to authorize these actions on the systems you connect. You are responsible for the permissions you grant.
AI outputs — including task suggestions, code changes, pull requests, meeting summaries, and retrieval results — may be incorrect, incomplete, or hallucinated. GetsIt AI does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or fitness of any AI-generated output.
You must review AI outputs before relying on them for business decisions, merging code, deploying to production, communicating findings externally, or taking any action with significant consequences. GetsIt AI is a tool to assist human judgment, not replace it.
When you connect a GitHub repository, dev server, or API key, you are responsible for:
Ensuring you have the right to connect and authorize agent access to that system. Do not connect systems you do not own or have explicit permission to use.
Rotating or revoking credentials if you believe they have been compromised. GetsIt AI can revoke or suspend access to connected systems for security risk.
You may connect production systems, but doing so is your responsibility. We recommend connecting staging or development environments for agent tasks.
The following types of data are not supported by GetsIt AI unless separately agreed in writing:
Protected health information regulated under HIPAA or equivalent laws. Do not upload patient records, medical histories, or other PHI.
Cardholder data, card numbers, CVVs, or other PCI-DSS regulated information.
Personal information of children under 16 in the EU or under 13 in the US. GetsIt AI is not directed at children and is intended for professional use by adults.
Government-classified data, export-controlled technical data, or information subject to ITAR, EAR, or similar regulations.
By using the service, you represent that the content you upload and process does not fall into these restricted categories.
You may not use GetsIt AI to:
Record or transcribe conversations without the knowledge and legally required consent of all parties.
Connect systems you do not own or have explicit authorization to access, attempt to exfiltrate credentials or data from connected systems, or use agents to bypass security controls.
Use agents to damage, disrupt, or degrade systems, deploy malware or destructive scripts, engage in abusive automation, or scrape content beyond what your agreements permit.
Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law, including privacy laws, intellectual property rights, export controls, and anti-spam regulations.
GetsIt AI integrates with third-party services including Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, LiveKit, and GitHub. Use of these services through GetsIt AI is also governed by their respective terms of service.
If you connect a third-party account or API key, you are responsible for complying with that provider's terms. GetsIt AI is not responsible for changes to third-party services or terms.
GetsIt AI is provided on an early-access basis. Features may be added, changed, or removed. Scheduled downtime, unexpected outages, or degraded performance may occur.
Agent execution, transcription, retrieval, and AI services may fail, time out, produce incorrect results, or be temporarily unavailable. We do not provide an uptime guarantee during early access.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.
You may stop using GetsIt AI at any time. You can request deletion of your workspace and associated data by contacting us. Upon deletion, we will remove primary application data, derived retrieval index content, agent logs, uploaded files, and associated backups within a reasonable period.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, if we are required to by law, or for operational reasons with reasonable notice. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including sections on content ownership, liability limitations, and indemnification.
GetsIt AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components, or that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GetsIt AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability for certain types of damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetsIt AI and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the service, content you provide, systems or credentials you connect, your breach of these terms, or your violation of applicable law.
These terms are governed by applicable law. If you have a dispute with GetsIt AI, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. We will provide a contact channel for legal notices in the product or on request.
